City chat
Purpose
This page shows the messages written to the game’s city chat and lets you moderate: you can delete the text of a harmful message, mute the player who wrote it for a set time and lift active mutes. Message text is shown as plain text. Messages are kept for 30 days and then deleted automatically.
When to use
- To find and inspect a message when a complaint about a player comes in about chat.
- To delete a swear word, spam or a harmful message.
- To mute a player who broke the rules for a while.
Note
This page works only if the plugin attached to the selected game provides scene chat. If it does not, the text “Bu oyunda sahne sohbeti yok” (There is no scene chat in this game) appears. In the menu it appears only for such games.
Step by step
Deleting a message
- Find the message on the Aktarım (Transcript) tab. You can filter the table by room, author, account type, deleted or not, and time; the newest message is at the top.
- Press Sil (Delete) in the row.
- Write an İşlem nedeni (Action reason) and confirm with Mesajı sil (Delete the message). The message text is deleted; its length stays in the record and the row shows “Silindi · N karakter” (Deleted · N characters). This cannot be undone.
Muting a player
- Press Yazarı sustur (Mute the author) in the message’s row.
- Choose the duration from the Süre (Duration) list. If you choose “Özel bitiş…” (Custom end…), enter the end time.
- Write an İşlem nedeni and press Sustur (Mute). The player’s messages are rejected; the player is not told the reason and their session is not dropped.
Lifting a mute
- Open the Aktif susturmalar (Active mutes) tab. Mutes that have run out leave the list automatically.
- Press Susturmayı kaldır (Lift the mute) in the row, write the reason and confirm. The player can write again immediately.
Warning
A guest account can get around a mute by creating a new guest. The lasting fix is to ban the account; for that, use the “Banla” (Ban) action on the Player profile page.

The message delete and lift-mute windows have only the İşlem nedeni field.
Table columns
Transcript: Zaman (Time), Yazar (Author, with an account type badge: Misafir (Guest) or Kayıtlı (Registered)), Oda (Room), Mesaj (Message) and Eylemler (Actions). The Hesap türü (Account type), Silindi (Deleted), Uzunluk (Length) and Oyuncu kimliği (Player ID) columns are turned on from the column menu. Active mutes: Oyuncu (Player), Bitiş (End, with the time left), Gerekçe (Reason), Susturan (Muted by) and Eylem (Action).
Common situations
