This page shows a single player’s account: status, account type, last sign-in, open session count, total play time and main currency balance. In the tabs below you see the player’s characters, wallet, sessions, sign-in history, bans, linked accounts and action history. You get here from the Players list.
Pick one of the tabs: Genel (General), Karakterler (Characters), Cüzdan ve envanter (Wallet and inventory), Oyun süresi (Play time), Oturumlar (Sessions), Giriş geçmişi (Sign-in history), Yasaklar (Bans), Hesaplar (Accounts), Geçmiş (History). Tabs your role cannot see, or whose module is disabled, are hidden or show a “yetki gerekir” (permission required) note.
On the Genel tab you see the profile information, recent security events and extra information (metadata).
On a registered account, from the Diğer işlemler (More actions) menu, give a new password with Parola yönet (Manage password) (at least 12 characters), or ask the system to generate one with Rastgele parola üret (Generate a random password).
On a guest account, the Hesaba çevir (Convert to account) action gives the guest an email and a one-time random password.
The generated password is shown only once and cannot be retrieved again. Pass it to the player through a secure channel; the Gizle (Hide) button, or changing the tab or page, wipes the password from memory. Generating a password and converting close the open sessions.
From the Diğer işlemler menu, choose Banla (Ban) (if the player is already banned, Yasağı düzenle (Edit ban) and Banı kaldır (Lift ban) appear).
Choose the duration, write the optional ban reason and the action reason, and press Banla.
All the player’s sessions are closed and they cannot sign in again. When you lift the ban, the player can sign in again, but the sessions that were closed do not come back.
On the Oturumlar tab you can revoke a single session, and from the Diğer işlemler menu you can choose Tüm oturumları kapat (Close all sessions).
On the Hesaplar tab you can remove the link to a sign-in method. If you remove the last sign-in method, the player cannot sign in; check the other methods first.
The Oyuncuyu sil (Delete player) action marks the account as deleted and closes it to access; the record is not destroyed completely. There is no button in the panel that undoes a deletion. To confirm, you type the player’s name (or their email if there is no name).
Warning
All these actions are written to the immutable audit log. Deleting and closing sessions affect the player immediately.
