Player organizations

Purpose

This page lists the organizations players have created and lets you manage the members, invites, teams and roles of the organization you select. An organization is not a studio; for studios, use the Studios and games page.

Warning

This screen is being retired. It keeps working and is hidden in the menu by default; for new work, use Clans for player groups.

When to use

  • To add members, invites, teams or roles to existing organizations.
  • To fix or remove an organization.
  • To inspect the organization data of an old setup.

Step by step

Creating an organization

  1. Press Organizasyon oluştur (Create organization). Only admins with organization write permission see this button.
  2. Fill in the Ad (Name) and Plan fields.
  3. Write an İşlem nedeni (Action reason) and save. The organization’s page opens.

Inviting a member

  1. On the organization page, on the Üyeler (Members) or Davetler (Invites) tab, press Davetle üye ekle (Add a member by invite) or Davet oluştur (Create invite).
  2. Enter the email, the role and the expiry date; write the reason and save.
  3. The invite appears on the Davetler tab. You can renew an expired or pending invite with a new expiry using Yeniden gönder (Resend), and make a pending invite unusable with İptal (Cancel).

Note

The panel only creates and manages the invite record; it does not send the invite email.

Changing a member’s role

  1. On the Üyeler tab, press Düzenle (Edit) in the member’s row.
  2. Choose the built-in role, add dynamic roles if needed, write the reason and save.
  3. To remove the member, use Çıkar (Remove) in the row; to confirm, you type the member’s name (or their email if there is no name).

Managing teams and roles

  1. On the Takımlar (Teams) tab, add a team with Takım oluştur (Create team); add one of the organization’s members to the team with the Üye (Member) button.
  2. On the Roller (Roles) tab, add a new role with Dinamik rol oluştur (Create dynamic role). Built-in roles (marked “Built-in”) cannot be deleted or renamed.

Common situations
