Players

Purpose

This page lists the player accounts of the selected game and environment. Use it to find a player, check an account’s status, open a profile and, if needed, create a new account by hand. In the left menu this page appears as “Oyuncular” (Players).

When to use

  • To find a player’s account when they ask for help.
  • To filter banned or suspicious accounts.
  • To create a player account by hand for testing.

Step by step

Finding a player

  1. Make sure the environment selector at the top of the page shows the right game and environment. The list shows only the selected environment.
  2. Type the player’s name or email in the table’s search box.
  3. Use the table’s filter menu to narrow the list by status, sign-in method or date.
  4. Click the row, or press Detay (Details), to open the profile.

Creating an account by hand

  1. Press Kullanıcı oluştur (Create user). Only admins who are allowed to create accounts see this button.
  2. Enter the display name. Email, password and extra information are optional.
  3. Write a short reason in the İşlem nedeni (Action reason) field.
  4. Save with the Kullanıcı oluştur button. The account appears in the list.

Note

Players usually sign in from the game on their own. Use this form only for testing and support.
