Panel admins
Purpose
This page lists and manages the admin accounts that sign in to the admin panel. An admin is the person who uses the panel, not a game player; for player accounts, see the Players page. Every admin has a role and a list of environments they can access. The page is open only to accounts that have permission to read admins.
When to use
- To add a new admin to the team.
- To change an admin’s role or environment access.
- To close the account of an admin who is leaving and end their sessions.
- To reset the two-step verification of an admin who lost their phone.
Step by step
Creating an admin
- Press Operatör oluştur (Create operator). Only accounts with admin write permission see this button.
- Enter at least one of email or username, the display name, the role and the temporary password.
- Choose the environments they can access. By default, the environment currently selected comes preselected.
- Write an İşlem nedeni (Action reason) and save. The admin’s page opens.
Changing the role and environments
- Open the admin from the list and press Düzenle (Edit).
- Change the display name, the role and the environments; write the reason and save. The email, username and password cannot be changed from this form.
Disabling the account, sessions and 2FA
- Use the “Güvenlik eylemleri” (Security actions) card on the admin’s page.
- Devre dışı bırak (Disable) rejects new sign-ins; open sessions must also be closed separately with Oturumları revoke et (Revoke sessions). Etkinleştir (Enable) opens the account again.
- 2FA’yı sıfırla (Reset 2FA) deletes the admin’s authenticator and recovery codes and closes all their sessions. The admin signs in with the password only and must set up two-step verification again. To confirm, you type your own password.
Warning
You cannot disable your own account, close your own sessions or reset your own 2FA; this is blocked for security.

Columns in the list
Operatör (Operator), Rol (Role), Durum (Status; Etkin (Active) or Devre dışı (Disabled)), 2FA (Açık (On) or Kapalı (Off)), Scope (the number of environments that can be accessed), Son giriş (Last sign-in) and Oluşturulma (Created) are shown by default. You can turn on the E-posta (Email), Kullanıcı adı (Username) and Güncellenme (Updated) columns from the column menu.
Common situations

| I cannot see the page | The permission to read admin accounts belongs only to the widest role; ask a super admin. |
| An environment is missing from the environment list | The list shows only environments you are also authorised for; widen your own access first. |
