Economy reports
Purpose
This page shows the state of money in your game. It does three jobs: it queries the wallet, inventory and items of a player, character, clan or the system; when needed it adds to or deducts from the balance of a wallet; and it shows a currency’s daily summary, the biggest balances and warnings, as well as trades between players.
When to use
- To investigate where a player’s money went.
- To fix a wrong balance (support work).
- To watch whether too much money is being minted or burned in the game.
- To look at a trade’s status.
Step by step
Query a wallet
- Choose the Sahip türü (Owner type): player, character, clan or system.
- Search for the owner by name and select. For a system owner, write the ID and press Sorgula.
- The result shows that owner’s Cüzdanlar (Wallets), Envanter (Inventory) and Eşyalar (Items) sections. The Hareketler (Movements) button on a wallet row opens that wallet’s ledger movements.
Note
Game money is in the player’s wallet. If you choose a character, the panel resolves the character to the player who owns it and says so on screen; a character without a player stays a character. The real place for a player is the wallet section in the player profile; the “Oyuncu profilinde aç” (Open in player profile) link in the result takes you there.
Add to or deduct from a balance
- Press the balance operation button on the wallet row. Only admins with the permission to give or deduct balance see the button.
- Write the Tutar (Amount).
- Write the İşlem nedeni (Action reason).
- Press Bakiye ekle (Add balance) or Bakiyeden düş (Deduct from balance).
Warning
A balance operation really changes money and shows permanently in the ledger; it cannot be undone, only corrected with a reverse operation. If the wallet changes through another operation while you are looking, the operation is rejected; refresh the page and try again.
Daily report
- Open the Günlük raporlar (Daily reports) section.
- Enter the Para birimi anahtarı (Currency key) and the Başlangıç (Start) and Bitiş (End) days.
- The Günlük özet (Daily summary), En çok bakiyesi olanlar (Biggest balances) and Uyarılar (Warnings) boxes fill in.
Note
Daily reports are shown for now as raw data (key and value pairs); there is no chart yet. For a readable summary per currency, see the “Last 30 days” card on the Currency page.
Trades
The Takaslar (Trades) section lists trades between players with the total count, status, number of parties and legs (money or items given).

Common situations

| “Henüz bir sahip seçilmedi” (No owner selected yet) | Choose the owner type above and search for the owner. |
| The Wallets section shows a permission warning | Your account’s role has no wallet read permission. If you have the balance permission, you can operate by pasting the wallet ID; movements still cannot be listed. |
| “Geçerli bir kimlik (UUID) girin” (Enter a valid ID (UUID)) | The ID must be hyphenated in 8-4-4-4-12 format. |
| The balance operation was rejected | The wallet may have changed while you were looking; refresh the page. Also check that the amount fits the currency’s number of decimal places. |
| The report is empty | Make sure you entered the currency key and a closed date range. Only closed days are reported. |
